COVID-19 TERMS & CONDITIONS
As a condition of visiting the resort and using any of its services, facilities and amenities, you VOLUNTARILY AGREE TO FULLY ASSUME ALL RISKS related to Covid-19 exposure. You further AGREE that you SHALL NOT SUE OR OTHERWISE HOLD LIABLE the resort, its owners, employees, agents, insurers, and any relevant tour operators, travel agencies, and travel agents for any Covid-19 related illness, injury, death, losses or damages of any kind or nature whatsoever. Kindly note that all arriving guests will be required to sign a waiver to this effect at check-in. This Assumption of Risk and Covenant Not to Sue applies to all guests and visitors including but not limited to any minor children for whom an adult guest or visitor is a parent, guardian, or is otherwise responsible for.
This Assumption of Risk and Covenant Not to Sue shall be LEGALLY BINDING. Should any guest or visitor bring a claim, suit or any other action in violation of this provision, the claim, suit or other action shall be DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE (meaning permanently dismissed) and all costs of dismissal, including but not limited to reasonable attorneys’ fees and court costs, shall be borne by the party who wrongfully brought the claim, suit or other action in violation of this Assumption of Risk and Covenant Not to Sue.
Please understand that, without this Assumption of Risk and Covenant Not to Sue, it would be nearly impossible for the resort to operate under the current circumstances. We don’t like legal jargon any more than you do, and we look forward to the day when all of this goes away. In the meantime, we feel it is only fair that you are fully informed and allowed to make the best possible decisions for you and your loved ones.

GENERAL BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
Mandatory Room Levy: There is a mandatory government room levy of US$9.63 per bedroom, per night, which is included when booking on this website. For all guests not booking on this site or otherwise pre-paying, the levy must be paid at check-in.
Security Deposit: A credit card or cash deposit of US$200 /BD$400 is required at check-in. This deposit is fully refundable except in instances where it is applied to (1) charges incurred and not otherwise settled, (2) penalties incurred due to damage to the hotel’s property or (3) smoking in room or mandatory levy not otherwise settled. Visa, MasterCard and Discover Card are preferred cards.
Room Charges & Payment: Unless otherwise noted, a 50% deposit will be taken at the time of booking. Final payment due on accommodation or meal plans will be payable at check-in. Room charges incurred during the course of a guest’s stay must be cleared in US$1000/BD$2000 increments.
Standard Cancellation & No Show Policy: Unless otherwise indicated at the time of booking, room deposits are refundable until 28 days prior to arrival in winter (Dec. 21 – April 15) or 14 days prior to arrival in summer (April 16 – Dec. 20), when a 50% penalty will apply. No refunds will be issued for no shows.
Travel Delays: The hotel is not liable for any refunds or other compensation due to travel delays, cancellations, any Guest’s inability to travel for any reason and any related losses or expenses including without limitation any losses or expenses resulting from “acts of God” or force majeure type events. TRAVEL INSURANCE IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED.
Non-Smoking rooms: Smoking under covered areas is against the law in Barbados. All hotel rooms, including balconies/patios are strictly non-smoking. Non-compliance will result in a fine of USD$250/BD$500.
Unregistered Visitors: Unregistered visitors are not permitted in guest rooms. Visitors must register with the front desk and may be subject to a day pass or extra person rate. The hotel reserves the right to refuse entry to any visitor for any reason.
Check-in/Check-out times and requirements: Our check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 12 Noon. Early check-in is strictly subject to availability unless the room has been pre-booked and confirmed. Late check-out is discretionary, subject to availability and applicable charge. In instances where the check-out time is not adhered to, a late check-out charge may be applied to the guest’s account or if already settled, to the credit card provided at check-in.
Passport and Credit Card at Check-In: Upon check-in at the Hotel, the lead Guest whose name the booking is under MUST PRESENT a VALID PASSPORT and a VALID MAJOR CREDIT CARD. The names on the booking confirmation, passport, and credit card must match. This is part of the Hotel’s ongoing efforts to prevent fraud and protect Guests’ identities.
